We are a residential renovation company owned and operated by the team of John and Candice Folkins. John began his career in the tiling industry in 1986, quickly developing a passion for the renovation business. He works exclusively with the Lower Mainland's finest interior design firms, kitchen companies and experienced trades and crafts persons to create, in collaboration with the home owner, a renovation beyond expectations.
